Selling a film SLR Kit

Alright so I finally made the decision to sell my first SLR film camera. Why you ask? Well quite simply I have not used it in about 5 years. If you are interested in a great starting kit into a 35mm SLR camera this is a great way to do it without spending a fortune. I listed it on Craig’s list with all that is included so if you are interested let me know. :) If you were to buy this brand new you would spend about $600-$700! Camera and lenses are in 100% perfect condition.

New Landscape

I drive by these barns everyday 4 times a day literally and as the sun changes its position through the year they always intrigue me. Well last night I finally brought my camera and decided to capture them. This is what I got.

I'm not finished with this one yet it needs more for me but I have not found it's creative direction yet.

Spring Has Sprung!

So think about that family portrait you have been thinking about doing forever and lets get outside and do it! This year I want to focus more on getting out side, the colours are so vibrant and there are so many great spots to capture I am ready how about you????

In LOOOOOOOVE

I can't tell you how in much in love I am (shhhh don't tell Mike). This camera is absolutely outstanding especially for a natural light photographer. This is Cleo who is my cat and this is her eating area. Something about the light today compelled me to grab this shot of her. Now this would not have been possible with my other camera as I would have had to do a light set up and let me tell you that can take the moment out of a shot in one second flat! ISO 3200 and sharp as a razer and smooooooth like butter baby!

New Camera!

My brand new camera came in today so I rushed over to pick it up. I have been waiting for the release of the 5D MrkII camera for well over a year and the wait is finally over.

So was the wait worth it? Absolutely! This is an incredible camera in every way imaginable it was well worth the wait and money. I have yet to try the High definition video but the images coming out of it are already everything I was hoping for. The colour and clarity are fantastic! The last image in B/W was done hand held on live view mode and my focus point which was her eye lashes are tack on sharp! That is amazing!

New Work

Hello hello everyone. Since it's crummy this week and I don't have anything today I decided to attend to older photos I have not touched yet and this is some of the end result. Photos in the fall are the best!

This was done on Georgian Bay just past sun down.
