On a side note something is in the water for fall because it is booking FAST. If you have thoughts of a family fall session give us a call to book it soon to avoid disapointment.

Fish Eye
So it ended up being I had to return the 14mm for another lens only to learn that was also not going to work now however I ended up grabbing a Fish Eye which will work! The best thing about it was this was a lens that I always wanted however it was last on the purchase list purely due to its mostly fun uses. Well now it has practical uses so it moved up and is now ours. Check out this image below. The image actually comes out like this on a full frame and cropped on my other camera.
Did I mention I LOVE this lens!

Another Wicked Day! - Richmond Hill Portrait Photographer
Here here to another successful day! I just came back from Small World Child Care Center and have to say I had a blast! Have I said how much I love what I do lately and today is a great reminder. Children, while some think they can be very hard to photograph I have to say hands down they are my favorit! Know body makes me work so hard and appreciate it so much as children do. Children do not conform and they will not do what you ask them to do so you are completely at their mercy. It is refreshing to me because I have to step back and observe, I have to wait for that moment. There is nothing in the world like photographing children and again I thank you all for allowing me to step into your families for a blip in time to capture just some of those nuaunces that make your child who they are. It is truly an honour!
Stay tuned to see some of the final results!

New Stuff!
Okay so I have neglected the blog for a few and it's only because of being crazy busy. Lots of strides have been made and the future is exciting. I started a subsidiary company which relates to business photography (which likely won’t affect you much unless you are a business owner, LOL). Anybody can check it out at http://www.360realtours.ca/. I'm feeling totally jazzed about business as a whole!
I also got some pretty new equipment which will be insanely fun for portraits but most of all weddings! It's the widest angle money can buy and will create some incredible images!

Stay tuned for some awesome stuff coming your way! Oh and hey I will be back at Small World Child Care Center for another portrait shoot of the kids. If you are one of the parents stay tuned that will be June 10th and 11th!

Recent Family Portrait - Newmarket Portrait Photographer
I really need to get quicker at this, LOL, and that means I'm going to have everyone sign a release on the day of your session because a signed release would give me the ability to show sneak peeks of your proofs usually the same day in our blog before you receive your gallery password. Which I'm sure everyone would enjoy.
But on that note this session was done with a family 2 weeks ago and let me just say the session was alot of fun Mike and myself found them great to work with and we laughed alot what is better than that! Here is some of what we got!
