HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! - York region Photographers

Happy New Year everyone it has been an amazing one hasn't it!  2010 brought us LOTS of change and we could not be happier.  Business grew once again and we would like to thank everyone for your business in helping that growth!  We are really looking forward to stepping it up even further in 2011 and are excited to see what it will all bring!

So how about you have you made any resolutions or things you are looking forward too?  I personally LOVE this time of year purely for all the possibility that can and will happen.  We have some cool projects coming up including one with horses.  I have always wanted to do a session with a family and their horses and it looks like that will happen... Can't WAIT!

So here is too a great 2011.  We hope we will see everyone again and make tons of new friends as well!

We Are MOVING!!! - York Region Portrait Photographer

Very exciting news we will be moving in the end of June!  

Where are we going you ask?  

Well not far from where we are now.  We are moving right across Bathurst to the Glenway Subdivision and we could not be more excited!  I will also be bringing on some customer support.  She will be answering phones while I am out shooting and answering questions.  It's time to streamline business so you are not left waiting and I can get out and shoot more, YAY!

Vision art Book has ARRIVED!!!! - York Region Portrait Photographer

Holly molly absolutely incredible and everything I was hoping it would be (and that is a tall order)! Come by to take a look today you must come to see, touch and feel to know the difference in books. I'll post pictures once I get a moment. :)

This makes me seriously question discontinuing the economical Coffee Table Book line.  Send me your thoughts on that.

Wow am I ever blown away! - York region wedding photographer

The vision art book isn't due until tomorrow however I did get this INCREDIBLE sample set from Graphi Studios! Holly molly you have to see to believe these books they are STUNNING!!!!!




I didn't mention this supplier until I got the sample because I wasn't sure but seriously WOW! The options on these beauties is amazing such as metallic paper, photographic paper and textured paper. Covers include silks, metallic's, crystal, leather the list goes on!

Something to Laugh At! - York Region Portrait Photographers

For those of you who have had studio sessions you may or may not have met miss Cleo our hairless cat. If you have met her you understand how much of a character she is. Well take a look at what she was up to the other night after dinner! Yes I am sure most will find this some what gross and yes we felt the same but we found the cat in the very warm skillet after it had been used for dinner and couldn't help but laugh!

In the winter Cleo can get pretty desperate to find heat but this was a whole new level and we thought we would share to hopefully bring a laugh to you as well.

  

The Jackson Family - York Region Portrait Photographers

This session was incredible and done with my oldest and dearest friends in my favourite location. Talk about a fantastic recipe for creating something special!

The below panoramic images (they present small here but stay tuned as we add them to the website) are something we have kept under wraps for a few months and this is the first release of this new innovative idea. Panoramic images have incredible potential and we love them so much we are now going to include them as a session onto their own. Stay tuned to see even more and some of the off the wall ideas we have. The Jackson's wanted something artistic so I felt they were my first perfect subjects.
