Events - Aurora Portrait Photographer

January January January it's slow and cold and feels like forever until spring, LOL. I find myself rekindle the creative spark though which is nice. These two are from assignments I covered this month but were not submitted to the paper.
This was a photo op for The Mardi Gras Celebration that will be held at Di Nardo's Mansion in Aurora Single Tickets seem to be sold out but more information can be found here http://www.auroramardigras.com/.
This was for the musical Oliver. I can't tell you how much I love photographing theater performances. The light is magical I wish there was more of a career in it, LOL.

Cutest Little Boy - Richmond Hill Portrait Photographer

I just loved photographing this little one! He had tremendous personality and was not shy to open up and show me what he had or who he was.

Family Portrait - York Regions Premier Family and Wedding Photographer

Some of you may know this family as they are the owners of the famed Baby in Gear located in Aurora. Not only is Baby in Gear a fantastic shop but its owners are such a pleasure to work with. This was our second session together and we had such a blast! Thank you guys for coming back and being such great supporters of my work.

Reminder of The ACPCG Charity - Newmarket Wedding Photographer

Hello Everyone,

As I was talking to Kirsty from York Region Parent the other day she gave me a suggestion along with a reminder that I should make a post about this service that I do offer yet many may not know about.

I belong to a group of professional photographers across North America called The American Child Photographers Charity Guild. In this program I offer my services to grieving parents with an infant who will not get to grow up do to terminal illness. I would intern come to the hospital to photograph the child with mom and dad this way the family would have pictures of their child to keep and remember. Included with my time is a disk of the pictures so the family may print images for their keepsake if they so choose.

Children are such an amazing gift with every single one being very special that we should all have the ability to record and remember special moments even if we do not have much time together.

Thank you Kirsty for reminding me I needed to post a reminder about this service. :) To view more details you may visit http://www.acpcg.com/.

Okay One More Today - Aurora's Family Photographer

I have been searching for a good spider for a while and as it so happens my moms garden finally had one this year and she was HUGE. I am really quite afraid of spiders but I also find them fascinating! As I am processing today I had to show this lovely lady off. I think she will compliment the Pray mantis very well.

New Personal Work - York Region Photographer

Well the winter break is in full swing and it's New Years! The winter break is always a time when things slow down a bit and new creativity floods back in. I love the New Year because it is full of unknowns and possibilities which I find exciting. I always reflect on the past year and conspire what I can do to better business and personal life for the better.

So I hope you are looking forward to the New Year as much as I am. I know things may look a little bleak and on the rocks right now but hang tough new beginnings are a change from the same old same old and new challenges are on the horizon.

Here is some new work I have finally had the time to finish. As always these are always for purchase and can be found in their own private gallery with the password 'limited' (small caps only). Some details are always lost with web quality images and are especially true for these types of images as I can't display them large like they should be. The clarity simply isn’t seen here but if you like what you see but would like to see a print first hand I do have them here. The difference is out of this world!

These bottom 3 images were taken of the neatest flower I think I have ever seen. Brian Morris generously donated his last Passion Flower of the season to my artful causes (thank you so much Brian). This was the result. No folks there is no Photoshop here! Stunning colour. The last image is a secret but is from the same flower shoot. :)
